New player & cheerleader sign up will be held at the Royal Oak Senior Center, located at 3500 Marias Dr., Royal Oak

Sign Up Dates are:

• Review the ROYFT_Requirements_Costs.pdf for age requirements, weight restrictions, costs & residency rules.
  
  
• Review the 2008_Parent_Pack.pdf & 2008_Practice_Policy.pdf.
  
  
• Please download & print the OMYFA registration form.
  
  
• It is highly encouraged that all forms be filled out prior to arriving at registration.
  
  
• A sports physical needs to be completed by the participant’s physician.
  
  
• Please have the physician fill out the bottom section of the 2008 Medical History form. It will be needed before they can participate at practice.
  
  
• Practice starts Aug 11, 2008
